I feel I was born a natural born care taker, so to me a career  in massage therapy seemed like an easy decision to make.  The more I researched the benefits of massage, the more I knew that is where I wanted to be!  I am so glad that I chose this path.  I truly love my career!!  I feel like I have really grown in my practice over the past 16 years.

I bit about me; I was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, but have called Colorado home for the past 41 years.  I feel very blessed to be in this beautiful state and try to take advantage of all Colorado has to offer.

I am the mother of 3 amazing kids and 1 cool cat & 11 naughty chickens.  I enjoy hiking, biking, playing roller hockey, going to see live music, being on the SUP, watching my chickens and hanging with friends. I recently moved my business to my cute little house in Englewood and rent a space in Littleton for 1 day a week.
